Bradley M. Harmon is the President and Publisher of the Dispatch Media Group covering the Columbus Dispatch and its comprehensive portfolio of print and digital products. In addition to his Dispatch Media Group responsibilities, Harmon is President of the Central U.S. Operations in eight states for GateHouse Media. We are excited to have him joining us for this event! Emcee – Mark Kvamme
Co-Founder & Partner, Drive Capital

When he’s not racing (and sometimes crashing) off-road trucks, Mark is a co-founder and partner at Drive Capital. Before Drive Capital, Mark was the Interim Chief Investment Officer and President of JobsOhio, a private, nonprofit corporation leading Ohio’s job-creation efforts. Prior to JobsOhio, Mark was a partner at Sequoia Capital for 12 years, where he led investments in Linkedin (LKND – NYSE), MarkLogic, Cast Iron (IBM), and FunnyOrDie.com. Prior to Sequoia, Mark was the Chairman and CEO of CKS Group (CKSG – NASDAQ) and a founding member of Apple France. Mark has a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Alex Bandar, CEO, Columbus Idea Foundry

Dr. Alexander Bandar is an engineer by training and an entrepreneur by accident.  Having worked ten years in the field of manufacturing software, with clients from GE to Apple to the Defense Department, he now directs the Columbus Idea Foundry – one of the world’s largest community workshops, or “makerspaces”. With 400 members and growing rapidly (of whom approximately one third are entrepreneurs), the Columbus Idea Foundry is one of the most active makerspaces on the planet and is quickly finding a place in the creative, educational, technological, and business ecosystems of Central Ohio and beyond. Dr. Bandar speaks and consults regularly about this exciting new “Maker Movement”, has presented multiple TEDx talks on the subject, and delivered the Cultural Heritage presentation on behalf of the City of Columbus at the Intelligent Cities Forum in Manhattan in 2014.

Brooke Paul, CEO & Founder, Taivara

Brooke Paul is the Founder & CEO of Taivara, advising and developing digital products for companies such as Cardinal Health, Batelle, IGS Energy, and more. In addition to running Taivara, Brooke is heavily involved in the Columbus area startup community. In 2011, he founded Founder Factory which assists startups with pre-seed capital investment, advisory services, and product design and development. He also leads the management of 10Xelerator (10X), a mentorship driven investment program and startup accelerator designed to help new entrepreneurs. Brooke’s passion for entrepreneurship started in graduate school when he co-founded his first start-up, Commwerks. Prior to starting Taivara, Brook co-founded MobileWait, a SaaS provider of guest management and marketing solutions for the restaurant industry. Brooke graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Psychology and from University of California, Irvine, with a M.S. in Biological Sciences.

Steve White, CEO & Founder, Clarivoy

Steve White is the CEO & Founder of Clarivoy, the auto industry’s leading provider of Multi-Touch Attribution. Steve founded the company in 2009 as a digital agency and immediately set the company apart from the competition by creating an industry-leading performance-based pricing model, only charging clients if he improved their keyword rankings, incremental traffic and leads. Considered a digital marketing pioneer, Steve has over 20 years of experience working with clients to ensure they get the best results from their traditional and digital marketing campaigns. In 2014 he was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Central Ohio. Steve is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Nancy Kramer, Founder & Chairman, Resource/Ammirati

With a belief that creativity and technology have the power to change the world, Nancy Kramer founded Resource/Ammirati with Apple as its first client in 1981. Over the next three decades, she grew the firm into a multi-office digital marketing pioneer with clients such as Victoria’s Secret, P&G and Nestle by delivering innovative, consumer-centric marketing experiences. In 2016, she helped usher in a new era for the company, when it became IBM’s first creative agency acquisition, becoming part of IBM iX, the world’s largest design, digital and cognitive consultancy. Kramer also serves on a number of boards, including The Columbus Foundation, The Columbus Partnership, LBrands Foundation, The Ohio State University Advancement Committee, The Wellington School, Wexner Center for the Arts and publicly-traded MI Homes.

Jennifer Marshalek, SVP, Enterprise Digital Experience, Nationwide

Jennifer Marshalek is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Digital Experience at Nationwide. She has more than 20 years of experience in sales, project management, and leadership, most recently serving as the Vice President of Direct Sales. Prior to this, she held the position of Vice President of Internet and Consumer Technologies, and she is passionate about serving on the board of A Kid Again.

George Bell, Board Chair at Place IQ

George Bell is a 30-year veteran of growing and investing in consumer business. He has been CEO of Jumptap, CEO of Upromise, Chair & CEO of Excite@Home, CEO of Excite, and Board Chairman of Harris Interactive. He has also won four Emmy Awards as a producer and writer of adventure/wildlife documentaries. He currently serves as the Board Chair at Place IQ.
